岗位职责： 岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities 1、从工艺角度与机械、电气及软件团队协同开展机台研发，以应用和工艺需求引导设备设计； Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams in machine R&D from a process perspective, guiding equipment design based on application and process requirements. 2、制定新产品初步工艺方案，并通过持续优化，最终达成量产工艺要求； Develop preliminary process plans for new products and continuously optimize them to ultimately meet mass-production process requirements. 3、在工艺开发阶段攻坚工艺制程难点问题，配合客户完成产品应用开发； Tackle process-related technical challenges during the process development phase, and support customers in product application development. 4、负责产品线工艺开发工作，涵盖内部工艺基础开发与客户端量产工艺验证两个环节，协助完善机台结构及控制设计，最终满足客户工艺使用需求； Take charge of process development for the product line, covering both internal fundamental process development and customer-side mass-production process validation; assist in improving machine structure and control design to ultimately meet customer process requirements. 5、在导师指导下参与项目管理、资源调配与跨部门沟通协调，逐步培养独立推动项目交付的能力。 Participate in project management, resource allocation, and cross-departmental communication and coordination under mentorship, progressively developing the ability to independently drive project delivery. 岗位要求： 任职要求 / Job Requirements 1、2027届本硕毕业生； Bachelor's or Master's degree graduates of the Class of 2027. 2、新能源类相关专业； Major in New Energy or related fields. 3、具备良好的客户沟通意识与问题解决能力，能适应国内外出差或驻场工作。 Possess strong customer communication awareness and problem-solving skills; able to adapt to domestic and international business travel or on-site work assignments.
