岗位职责： Role Summary: Gain hands-on experience in the documentation, data-driven, and technical aspects of HR. This is a unique opportunity to support projects across Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and HR process automation. Key Responsibilities: • Data Integrity: Conduct thorough audits of digital and physical personnel files; identify gaps and ensure compliance. Assist in cleansing and organizing employee data within the HRIS. • Talent Acquisition: Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding preparation for new hires. • Automation: Contribute to HR process improvement and automation initiatives through the HRIS; assist in documenting workflows and testing. 岗位要求： Must-Have: o Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. o Strong academic record and interest in HR. o Excellent communication and organizational skills. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office. o Fluency in English and Mandarin.
