岗位职责： Role Summary: Work directly with senior traders to support cross-border derivatives businesses in a fast-paced trading environment. This role focuses on the technical and analytical support required for trading, risk management, and client lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with senior traders to support cross-border derivatives businesses. • Develop and enhance various automation tools using Python. • Assist with daily margin monitoring and risk management activities. • Support full lifecycle management for financial institution clients, including account opening, amendments and maintenance. • Assist in receiving, verifying and booking instructions for trade execution, settlement, fund-in and fund-out relating to financial institution businesses. 岗位要求： Candidate Profile: • Must-Have: o Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. o Meticulous, responsible, and pragmatic work attitude. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. • Nice-to-Have: o Prior internship experience in secondary trading divisions. o Proficiency in Python is strongly preferred.
