岗位职责： This is a standalone program offering hands-on experience with live transactions and deal support within our Investment Banking Division. Candidates will be embedded in one of our five specialized teams: AI, Healthcare, Consumer, Industrial & Intelligent Manufacturing, or ECM. Program Type: 2-3 Month Internship Target Graduation Year: 2028 What You Will Do: • Support the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses and industry research; • Assist in drafting pitch books, information memoranda, diligence materials and investor presentations; • Conduct company and comparable analysis for clients across TMT, Healthcare, Consumer or Industrial sectors; • Help track market data, investor feedback and deal process milestones; • Participate in internal meetings and, where appropriate, client or investor interactions; • Contribute to administrative and coordination tasks that keep live deals moving smoothly. 岗位要求： Candidate Profile: • Must-Have: o Master's or Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. o STEM backgrounds strongly preferred (Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science). o Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin. • Nice-to-Have: o Previous finance/consulting internship. o Basic proficiency in Excel modelling; exposure to VBA / Python. o Leadership achievements demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
