1、Assist in the electrical design and development of high-speed connector and interconnect products 2、Support schematic review, electrical analysis, product validation, and engineering testing activities 3、Participate in laboratory testing, data collection, and engineering analysis to verify product performance 4、Assist in signal integrity evaluation, electrical characterization, and design optimization 5、Participate in engineering design reviews and implement improvements based on technical feedback 6、Prepare engineering documentation, technical reports, and design records 7、Support troubleshooting during product development, engineering validation, and manufacturing 8、Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering, Signal Integrity, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Product Management teams 9、Learn high-speed interconnect technologies and contribute innovative ideas to improve product performance and reliability 9、Support technical discussions with global engineering teams and customers when requireds

1、Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronic Engineering or a related engineering discipline 2、Recent graduates are encouraged to apply 3、Internship, research, or project experience in electrical engineering, signal integrity, PCB design, or high-speed interconnect technologies is preferred 4、Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn 5、Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and communication skills
