1、Assist in the mechanical design and development of connector and interconnect products 2、Create and maintain 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models 3、Support prototype builds, engineering validation, and product testing activities 4、Participate in design reviews and implement design improvements based on engineering feedback 5、Assist in material selection, tolerance evaluation, and product optimization 6、Prepare engineering documentation, product specifications, technical reports, and design records 7、Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting during product development and manufacturing 8、Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Product Management 9、Learn connector product development processes and contribute innovative ideas to improve product performance, manufacturability, and reliability 13、Support technical discussions with global engineering teams and customers when required.

1、Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronic Engineering or a related engineering discipline 2、Recent graduates are encouraged to apply 3、Internship, research, or project experience in electrical engineering, signal integrity, PCB design, or high-speed interconnect technologies is preferred 4、Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn 9、Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and communication skills
