This position is part of CICC's fast-growing overseas Equities Delta One team and supports core functions including: product structuring, Delta One trading, strategist and client service. The job duties include, but not limit to the following. 负责支持境外Delta One业务，包括OTC产品结构设计，TRS产品交易，风险管理，对冲策略研发和客户支持等相关工作。具体包括但不限于以下职责： 1.Assisting on OTC equity derivative products trading and hedging activities, risk management, valuation models and products structuring. 辅助交易股票OTC产品和对冲、完善风险管理能力、估值模型和产品设计。 2.Assisting varies projects for Delta One product and synthetic prime brokerage business. 协助支持Delta One业务中的各类项目，拓展新产品和新市场。 3.Researching on market update and trading strategies. 研究市场动态和交易策略。 4.Involving in the discussion with investors, HF managers and Sales to provide analytical solutions to the clients. 参与投资者、对冲基金经理、销售人员的讨论，为客户提供产品解决方案。 5.Responsible for drafting and optimizing business management policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies, and leading key projects to improve operational efficiency and mitigate operational risks. 根据监管要求及公司政策，草拟和优化业务管理政策及流程，牵头并跟进重点项目的执行和落地，提升运营效率，化解运营风险。 6.Responsible for Delta One business annual budget preparation and cost/expense supervision and management. 负责绩效管理, 包括业务数据分析系统平台开发及管理，制定和实施跨部门跨团队业绩数据分析，制作业务数据管理分析报告等。

1.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values. 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质。 2.Master's degree or above. 硕士研究生及以上学历。 3.Understanding of OTC equity derivative products, PB and Synthetic PB. 熟悉掌握股票场外衍生品，主经纪商业务等相关知识。 4.Sound knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets. 对于国内外资本市场有扎实的理解。 5.VBA and Python knowledge and experience. 掌握VBA、Python技能并有实际应用。 6.Possess broad financial products and relevant analytical experience. 掌握广泛的金融产品知识并具有分析经验。 7.Proficient in both English and Chinese. 普通话及英语流利。 8.An effective communicator with strong self-motivation. 具有良好的沟通能力和较强的自我驱动力。 9.Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work under pressure, coordinate and manage multiple work tasks in a fast-paced environment. 有较强的组织协调能力和抗压能力，能在快节奏工作环境中协调和管理多项工作任务。
