Participate in onshore and cross-border major risk mitigation and market-oriented debt restructuring, including out-of-court agreed restructuring, in-court judicial reorganization and special situation investment/financing. 参与境内和跨境重大风险处置化解项目和市场化债务重组交易，包括：庭外协议重组、庭内司法重整、特殊机会投融资等。 1.Assist in site visits to the target. 协助对目标企业开展现场尽调。 2.Assist in analysis of the target’s assets, debts and current operating status and appraisal of the target’s potential value. 协助分析目标企业资产、债务、经营现状，评估企业潜在价值。 3.Assist in the target’s financial modeling to facilitate restructuring planning and special situation investment/financing. 协助建立目标企业财务模型，用于制定重组方案，撮合特殊机会投融资交易。 4.Participate in discussions on the restructuring strategy and negotiations with stakeholders. 参加重组策略讨论，并与利益相关方开展谈判。 5.Assist in transaction documentation. 协助起草重组交易文件。 6.Perform other supporting tasks as required. 根据需求完成其他项目支持工作。
