1. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, automation related majors. 机械工程、电气、自动化等相关专业硕士学历。 2. Understanding PLC or system modeling （MATLAB）or simulation tools（ANSYS）. 熟悉实时控制系统或建模工具或仿真软件 。 3. Proven initiative ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root cause. 具有主动解决复杂问题，找到问题原因，并且解决问题的能力。 4.
