Develop multiphysics coupling models （e.g., electro-thermal-mechanical coupling, plasma-surface reactions） to optimize equipment performance and process parameters. 建立多物理场耦合模型（如电-热-力耦合、等离子体-表面反应等），优化设备性能及工艺参数。 5. 1. Master’s/PhD in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. 硕士及以上学历，物理、机械工程、电子工程、材料科学、化学工程等相关专业。 2. Technical Competencies with Computational Fluid Dynamics （CFD），Thermal management & stress analysis or Semiconductor process simulation. 熟悉计算流体力学（CFD），热管理与应力分析或半导体工艺仿真领域。 3. Proficient in industry-standard simulation tools （COMSOL, ANSYS, Fluent, Sentaurus TCAD, Silvaco） for modeling and simulation. 熟练使用专业仿真工具（如COMSOL、ANSYS、Fluent、Sentaurus TCAD、Silvaco等）进行建模与仿真。 4.
