1. Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering or related discipline, combined with a background including significant Materials Science related coursework and research experience. 材料科学与工程或相关专业博士学位，需具备扎实的材料科学专业课程基础及科研经验。 2. Specialized knowledge of materials characterization techniques （e.g., SEM, FIB, TEM, EDS, acoustic microscopy, X-ray, nanoindentation） is preferred. 熟悉相关材料表征技术（如：扫描电镜SEM、聚焦离子束FIB、透射电镜TEM、能谱分析EDS、超声显微技术、X射线分析、纳米压痕等）。 3. Experience with ion beam tools including the focused ion beam（FIB） and plasma focused ion beam （PFIB） is preferred. 具有离子束设备操作经验（聚焦离子束FIB、等离子聚焦离子束PFIB者优先考虑）。 4.
