1. Master’s degree or above in Micro electrical/physics/Applied chemistry/physical chemistry/chemical engineering and automation related engineering. Ph.D is preferred 微电子/物理/应用化学/物理化学/化学工程及材料学相关专业硕士或以上学历；博士学历优先考虑。 2. Proven initiative ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root cause. 具有主动解决复杂问题，找到问题原因，并且解决问题的能力。 3. Proven ability in logical thinking, be able to communicate in technical effectively. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力，能进行有效的技术交流。 4. Strong verbal and written skill in English. 良好的英语口头和书面表达能力。
