Responsibilities/岗位职责： 1. Master the core functions, overall structure, assembly and testing content of semiconductor Tools. 掌握半导体机台的核心功能、整机结构、组装及测试内容。 2. Design and manufacture electrical fixtures for the assembly, testing and quality inspection of materials. 设计和制造辅助机台组装、测试、质量检验的电气工装。 3. Initiate relevant ECRs and ECOs based on actual production needs to carry out engineering changes. 结合生产实际需求发起相关ECR、ECO，进行工程变更。 4. Be capable of supporting the technical clarification and FA verification of domestic materials. 能支持国产化物料的技术澄清和首件验证工作。 5. Participate in continuous improvement projects, identify the root causes of problems and propose solutions. 参与持续优化项目，找出问题的根本原因并提出解决方案。 6. Be able to write process documents for equipment assembly and functional testing. 能够编写机台装配和功能测试用到的流程文件。 7. Solve supplier quality, design and operation method related problems that occur during equipment assembly, testing and at the client's end. 解决机台组装、测试、客户端出现的供应商质量类、设计类、操作方式类问题。 8. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 主管交办的其他工作。

Requirements/岗位要求： 1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing or related fields. 电气工程或自动化相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历。 2. Experience in electrical design drawings and proficiency in using electrical design software such as Elan/AutoCAD. 有电气图纸设计经验，熟练使用Elan/AutoCAD等电气设计软件。 3. Practical experience with PLC and familiarity with industrial bus protocols including DeviceNet and EtherCAT. 有PLC使用经验，熟悉DeviceNet，EtherCAT等工业总线协议。 4. Expertise in selecting sensors, low-voltage electrical components, cables, and PCB electronic components. 熟悉传感器、低压电器元件、电缆、PCB板电子元器件等的选型。 5. Strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility, good team spirit. 强烈的自我激励意识和责任感，良好的团队合作精神。 6. Language skills: Good English reading and writing skills. 语言能力:良好的英语读、写能力。
