Assembly Quality Assurance and Control 组装质量保证与控制 （1）Timely handling of non-conforming products: Promptly handle non-conforming products （including identification, isolation, evaluation, and disposal） to ensure the smooth progress of installation and testing schedules. 不合格品及时处理：对不合格品进行及时处理（包括识别、隔离、评估、处置），确保安装和测试进度顺利推进。 （2）In-depth analysis and improvement of key issues: Conduct in-depth analysis of typical and hot-button quality issues in the assembly process, and implement improvement actions using appropriate problem-solving tools such as 8D to prevent recurrence. 关键问题深入分析与改善：对组装过程中的典型及热点质量问题进行深入剖析，采用 8D 等适宜的问题解决工具实施改善行动，防止问题重复发生。 （3）Promote corrective and preventive actions: Regularly organize and drive functional teams to formulate and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions（CAPA） for typical quality issues, and track the effectiveness of these measures. 推动纠正与预防措施：定期组织并驱动职能小组针对典型质量问题制定和执行纠正与预防措施（CAPA），跟踪措施的有效性。 （4）Audit of assembly and testing processes: Regularly initiate audits of 5M1E（people, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, Environment） in assembly and testing processes, and collaborate with relevant functional teams to take corrective actions based on audit results. 组装与测试过程审核：定期发起对组装和测试过程中 5M1E（人员、机器、物料、方法、测量、环境）的审核，根据审核结果协同相关职能团队采取纠正措施。 （5）Evaluation of inspection checklists: Regularly assess the inspection checklists for Incoming Quality Control （IQC） and Outgoing Quality Control （OQC） to ensure they meet customer requirements and production needs, and promote revisions when necessary. 检验清单评估：定期评估来料检验（IQC）和出货检验（OQC）的检验清单，确保其符合客户要求和生产需求，必要时推动清单修订。 2. Support Process Improvement 支持流程改进 Assist system engineers in improving key quality management processes, and provide professional insights to optimize process efficiency and effectiveness. 协助体系工程师对关键质量管理流程进行改进，提供专业见解以优化流程效率和有效性。 5. Support Customer Complaint Investigation 支持客户投诉调查 Provide technical support to customer quality engineers in investigating customer complaints related to factory production processes, including data collection, root cause analysis, and suggestions for improvement measures. 为客户质量工程师调查与工厂生产过程相关的��户投诉提供技术支持，包括数据收集、根本原因分析及改善措施建议。 6.
