Responsibilities: • Assist in the implementation and execution of esports platform systems, including optimizing data platforms and presentation formats, maintaining data platform integrity, and expanding platform partnerships. • Coordinate with various departments, including Dev., Art, Marketing, and Community, and overseas teams to facilitate the implementation of global event initiatives. • Track key performance indicators and conduct data analysis on event content to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. • Maintain a passion for the esports industry, staying updated on popular tournaments and content trends within the field. Requirements: • Fluent in English (verbal and written) for effective communication with international teams and stakeholders. • Passionate about the gaming industry, a gamer, and an enthusiast of esports • Ability to generate creative ideas and analytical skills, able to contribute to the esports product design • Demonstrated excellence in project management and team communication
