Job Summary To support PMs for project management of the company, ensure the efficient operation of the new project and compliance with development process of company, meet or exceed the project schedule, cost, quality and profit objectives, ensure smooth delivery of the project, and transfer to the factory site after mass production is stable. Main Responsibilities 1. Responsible or support lead PM for Project budget, cost and financial management: control budget, cost and financial target of the project, promote the identification and implementation of various project opportunities, and ensure the financial target of the project are met or exceeded; 2. Responsible or support lead PM for Project delivery and quality management: control the progress and quality of the project, identify and manage project risks, ensure to meet or exceed the objectives of project progress and quality. 3. Responsible or support lead PM for Project engineering change management: organize and implement project engineering changes. 4. Support company process improvement of project management area based on related tools (PLM/PP). 5. Organization and support PM Meeting and paperwork preparation. 6. Follow-up on programs’ risks and issues.
