Key Responsibilities • Monitor IT ticket system and assign ticket to responsible • Deal with IT Joiner / Leaver / Transfer process • IT Hardware / peripherals management (check in / out and make record) • Audio/Video hardware operating support • Help IT Team Manage PC Asset • Help User Setup Windows/Mac OS • Other tasks as assigned by IT team Education • Majored in Computer Science or IT related field Experience • Knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and Systems • Interested in PC, 3C digital product, mobile phone will be a plus • Hand-on exp. on PC/laptop hardware assembling or disassembling will be a plus Ability • Self-Starter and pro-active • Microsoft Office, esp. Excel • Service and customer oriented
