我们需要你： 1、协助公司律师处理各类公司法务工作，包括日常各类合同和函件；诉讼/仲裁案件；风电项目的收购，开发，融资和出售；制造基地投资，土建项目 等； 2、协助公司律师处理其他相关事务； 我们期望你： 1、本科及以上学历，法学专业； 2、2年内律师事务所或公司法务工作经验； 3、善于思考、逻辑严谨、注重细节，工作积极主动，有较强的自驱力和抗压能力； 4、司法考试成绩优秀； 5、英语可作为工作语言，具备流畅的口语交流及书面文档能力； 6、熟悉主流大模型及Agent应用，能运用AI解决问题提升工作效率； We need you to: 1、Support company lawyers in handling a wide range of legal matters, including daily contracts and correspondence, litigation/arbitration cases, wind power project M&A (acquisition), development, financing and sale, as well as manufacturing base investments and civil construction projects, etc. 2、Assist company lawyers with other related tasks as required. We expect you to have: 1、A bachelor’s degree or above in Law. 2、Up to 2 years of experience in a law firm or an in-house legal role. 3、Strong analytical and logical thinking, high attention to detail, a proactive work attitude, strong self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure. 4、Excellent performance in the national judicial examination / bar exam. 5、Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, for daily work and professional documentation. 6、Familiarity with mainstream large language models and Agent applications, with the ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and problem-solving.
