岗位职责： 1.为半导体生产开发创新硅外延工艺 2.规划、采集数据、分析、审查并编制各类硅外延工艺工程实验报告 3.完成硬件特性分析，建立工艺优化稳定窗口并研究工艺-硬件的相互作用机制 4.解决多维度复杂工艺问题，执行根本原因分析，攻克各类精密工艺工程难题 5.编制内外部技术文档及深度工艺分析报告 6.在有限指导下协同客户解决各类复杂工艺工程问题 7.具备本领域深度专业知识及交叉学科基础认知（涵盖化学气相沉积/传热传质/化学反应机理/硅外延生长等领域） 8.熟悉行业最佳实践，能与其他部门岗位合作以及一起提出产品与工艺优化方案 9.制定项目及实验设计(DOE)执行策略 10.具备战略决策论证能力，能有效描述复杂概念并推动以及让团体达到共识 1.Create innovative processes for semiconductor production. 2.Plan, collect data, analyze, review and compile reports on a variety of Epi process engineering experiments. 3.Characterize hardware and establish process window and process-hardware interactions. 4.Address multi-faceted problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve a variety of intricate process engineering problems. 5.Produce internal and external documentation and in depth technical reports. 6.Collaborate with customers to resolve various intricate process engineering issues with limited supervision. 7.Demonstrates deep understanding in own discipline and has foundational knowledge of related areas (in this case CVD/Heat-mass transport/ Chemistry reaction mechanisms/ Si-Epitaxy growth/ etc.) 8.Familiar with industry best practices, understands how own role can integrate with others and offers recommendations for product and process improvements. 9.Develops strategies for project and DOE executions. 10.Able to justify chosen strategies, communicates effectively on complex concepts, and ability to persuade others 岗位要求： 1.须具备以下任一领域或相关领域的硕士/博士学位：电气工程、材料科学与工程、化学工程、化学或物理学。 2. 具备自我驱动力、紧迫意识与高度责任感。 3. 良好的英语能力（书面与口语）。 1. A Masters/PhD in one of the following or related fields is necessary: Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics. 2. Self motivator with sense of urgency and accountability. 3.Good English skill (written and spoken)
