岗位职责 1.水处理系统的运维和优化：学习并参与各水处理系统的日常运行维护，掌握各系统的理论基础、设备设施选型及维护、独立熟练操作，理论结合实践，发现运维中问题并不断优化。 2. 水处理项目支持：参与集团项目水处理单元的建设，包括前期工艺方案讨论、设备选型、投标文件编制、评标分析、工程施工、调试及验收。 3. 水处理技术标准化：总结过往项目经验和运维经验，制定集团水处理技术标准：包括供应商筛选、工艺路线推荐、设备品牌及选型要求、工程施工技术标准、调试及验收标准等，并持续更新优化。 4. 水处理运维管理标准化：总结各工厂运维经验，制定集团化管理要求并形成文件标准，包括：SOP文件制定、设备设施PM、报表管理、数据分析、风险管控等。定期对各个工厂的运维情况进行审核。 1. wastewater Treatment Systems Operation Learn and participate in daily operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment systems; well know the basic knowledge of wastewater treatment, equipment selection and maintenance of each system, and achieve proficient independent operation.Identify issues during operation and maintenance, and carry out continuous optimization. 2. Support for wastewater Treatment Projects Take part in the construction of wastewater treatment units of group projects, including technical process discussion, equipment selection, bidding and evaluation analysis, construction, commissioning and acceptance inspection. 3. Standardization of wastewater Treatment Technologies Summarize experience accumulated from past projects and daily operation & maintenance to formulate group-wide technical standards for wastewater treatment. Including supplier selection, recommended process routes, equipment specifications, construction technical standards, commissioning and acceptance criteria, with ongoing updates and improvement. 4. Standardized Management of wastewater Treatment Operation & Maintenance Consolidate operation and maintenance experience from all subsidiaries to formulate unified group management requirements and formal documented standards. Conduct regular audits on the operation and maintenance performance of each factory. 岗位要求 1. 硕士及以上学历，应届毕业生。环境工程、给排水工程等相关专业；学位论文研究方向为水处理相关领域。 2. 学习成绩优秀，扎实的专业知识功底，熟悉水和废水处理工艺基本原理，能看懂施工图纸、有工程项目经验尤佳。 3. 对企业环境管理及水处理行业充满热情，吃苦耐劳，严谨务实，能适应废水站等现场运维操作工作。 4. 优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，善于发现问题、总结分析并找到解决方案，愿意刨根问底。 5.认真细致，有责任心。有底线思维，对数据、法规等保持敬畏。 6. 强烈的终身学习意愿和能力，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能。 7. 积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的韧性。 8. 熟练掌握Office办公软件，CAD制图，英语能基本沟通（CET4以上）。 1. master’s degree or above, majoring in Environmental Engineering, wastewater Supply and Drainage Engineering or other related disciplines. The dissertation research direction shall be focused on the field of wastewater/wasteeater treatment. 2. Familiar with the basic principles of wastewater and wastewastewater treatment processes, capable of reading construction drawings. Relevant engineering project experience is highly preferred. 3. Hardworking, rigorous and pragmatic, and able to adapt to on-site operation and maintenance work at wastewastewater treatment stations. 4. Outstanding data analysis capabilities and logical thinking skills. Good at identifying, analyzing and summarizing practical problems and proposing effective solutions with a rigorous and in-depth research mindset. 5. Meticulous and responsible in work. Adhere to bottom-line principles and maintain a rigorous and respectful attitude towards professional data, industry regulations and relevant norms. 6. strong willingness and ability to learn, 7.
