职位概述： 作为光刻&湿法工艺工程师，在设备研发团队中，专注于下一代先进光刻配套设备工艺的开发、优化与验证工作。你将学习并运用基础物理学、微电子学、材料学、化学等多学科知识，在资深工程师的指导下，参与设备设计、工艺验证、数据分析及问题解决，推进设备的设计，制造与改进。这是一个将理论应用于实践，积攒团队项目经验，快速成长并实现个人价值的绝佳平台。 主要职责： 1.机台设计工艺把控：从设计开始严格把控工艺指标，确保产品满足客户工艺要求 2.零部件工艺选型：以工艺指标为基础，严格审核零部件参数 3.机台工艺验证与改进：明确工艺验证内容，设计验证方案，根据验证结果提出改进措施 4.工艺配方开发与优化：参与本团队机台的光刻工艺配方的开发，解决工艺开发和客户验证过程中遇到的问题，评估工艺窗口。 Main Responsibilities: 1.Process control for equipment design: Strictly control process indicators from the initial design phase to ensure products meet customers’ process requirements. 2.Process control for components selection: Rigorously review component parameters based on defined process indicators. 3.Process verification and optimization of equipment: Clarify the scope of process verification, design verification schemes, and propose improvement measures based on verification results. 4.Development and optimization of process recipes: Participate in the development of photolithography process recipes, resolve technical issues arising during process development and customer validation, and evaluate process windows. 1.硕士及以上学历，应届毕业生。微电子科学与工程、材料科学与工程、化学（物理化学、材料化学优先）、化学工程等相关理工科专业。 2.良好的实验设计和动手操作能力，优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，善于通过实验数据分析问题，归纳总结。 3.优秀的英文读写能力，能阅读专业文献和技术文档。 4.了解半导体制造工艺流程，特别是光刻及湿法工艺。 5.有使用track、清洗设备或相关设备经验的优先。 6.对半导体设备行业充满热情，有强烈的学习意愿和能力，严谨细致，具备极强的实验安全意识与责任心。 7.有强烈的求知欲与学习自驱力，面对复杂的工艺难题具备解决问题的韧性与抗压能力。 8.积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。 1.Master in Microelectronics Science and Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemistry (Physical Chemistry, Materials Chemistry preferred), Chemical Engineering, or other related fileds; 2. Strong experimental design and hands-on operational skills. Excellent data analysis and logical reasoning abilities, with proficiency in analyzing problems and drawing conclusions through experimental data.; 3. Excellent English reading and writing skills, capable of reading professional literature and technical documentation. 4.Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly lithography and wet process technologies. 5.Experience with track, cleaning equipment, or related tools is preferred. 6.Passionate about the semiconductor equipment industry, with strong learning willingness and ability. Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of experimental safety awareness and responsibility. 7.Strong intellectual curiosity and self-driven learning aptitude.
