1. 能够主导或参与项目，遵守设计原则并按时交付。 2. 通过与资深员工、工艺团队及内部客户合作，能够完成设计任务，搭建概念与可行性（C&F）测试平台，并完成 3D 和 2D 图纸。 3. 跟踪并沟通零部件/组件相关事宜，包括订单、加工方法、发货、质量、测试方法及要求。 4. 与资深员工合作，进行零部件测试。收集、分析并记录数据，从中得出结论并提出解决方案。发布包含建议的进度总结，并跟进实施。 5. 与测试工程师、现场支持工程师以及供应商合作，优化设计，并改进性能和质量。 1. Be able to own or participate in projects, follow rules and deliver according to schedules; 2. By working with senior staff, process team, customers, be able to carry out design tasks, set up C&F (Concept & Feasibility) test stand, and complete 3D&2D drawings. 3. Monitor and communicate part/assembly activities, including orders, shipments, and technical / quality / test spec requirements; 4. Work with experienced staff, carry out parts testing. Collect, analyze and document data, from which to draw conclusions and suggest resolutions. Publish progress summary with recommendations, complete with implementation; 5. Work with test engineers, field support engineers, and vendors on design modifications and performance/quality improvements. 岗位要求 1. 机械工程学士/硕士，专业方向为机械设计、热学与传热学、流体学、航空航天等。 2. 机械设计能力强，熟悉 CAD 设计工具，会使用 Solidworks者优先；能够进行结构分析、热分析和流体分析者优先。 3. 英语读写说流利；能理解英文图纸及其他技术文件；熟练掌握微软办公软件，具备基本编程技能者优先。 4. 责任心强，热情，专业，积极主动；具备良好的沟通和人际交往能力；能够以时间管理的方式胜任项目管理工作。 5. 能够与供应商沟通并明确需求，能够前往供应商或客户现场（预计每季度少于 3次）解决机械设计相关问题。 1. Mechanical engineer Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering, major in Mechanical Design, Thermal and Heat Transfer, Fluids, Aeronautical and Astronautical, etc. 2. Strong in mechanical design, familiar with CAD design tools, Solidworks is a plus; Capable to conduct structural and thermal analysis and fluid analysis is a plus; 3. Fluent English both in reading, writing and speaking; understand the drawings and other technical documents in English; good Microsoft office skills, basic programing skill is a plus. 4. With high responsibility, enthusiastic, professionalism, and self-motivation; good communication and interpersonal skill; capable for project management with time manner. 5. Capable to communicate with suppliers to provide clear requirements, able to travel to supplier or customer sites (expect <3 times per quarter) to solve mechanical design related issues.
