主要职责： 1. 针对新产品的设计以及现有产品的改进，提出技术解决方案，以满足所需性能要求； 2. 对 CCP 新产品进行系统测试，并制定操作规范； 3. 通过检查故障部件以及/或者进行实验室测试来重现问题，从而对现场出现的问题进行故障排查； 4. 验证解决方案方法并构建故障模型，对新的/改进的零部件或材料进行验证； 5. 与相关职能团队（ME, EE, SW, GMO, MFG等）以及实验室支持团队密切合作，以获取所需的支持； 6. 按照工作计划执行，以确保在承诺的时间内完成任务并交付成果。 1. Propose technique solutions for CCP new products design and existing products improvement to meet required performance; 2. Perform system test of CCP new products and develop operation BKM (Best Known Method); 3. Perform troubleshooting of field issues by inspecting failed parts, and/or conducting lab testing to duplicate the issue; 4. Validate solution methods and build failure models, qualify new/CIP parts or materials; 5. Closely work with related function teams (ME, EE, SW, GMO, MFG etc.) and lab support team to get necessary support; 6. Follow work schedule to ensure results being delivered within committed timeline 岗位要求： 1. 博士学历，物理学（等离子体物理、凝聚态物理优先）、化学（物理化学）、电磁场与无线电技术，或者科学与工程领域的相关专业。 2. 有等离子体物理学基础知识、等离子体蚀刻技术、射频技术优先。 3. 具有真空设备或等离子放电装置的实际操作经验。 4. 优秀的学习能力和逻辑思维能力。 5. 良好的实验设计、动手操作、数据分析、报告撰写与汇报的基本技能。 6. 良好的中、英文书面和口头表达能力。 7. 对半导体设备行业充满热情，强烈的学习意愿和能力，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能。 8. 认真细致，有责任心，具备良好的实验安全意识。 9. 积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。 10.具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的韧性。 1. PhD degree. Major in Physics (Plasma Physics, Condensed Matter Physics preferred), Chemistry (Physical Chemistry), Electromagnetic Fields and Radio Technology, or related majors in Science and Engineering. 2. Knowledge of fundamental plasma physics, plasma etching technology, and radio frequency (RF) technology is preferred. 3. Hands-on experience with vacuum equipment or plasma discharge devices. 4. Strong learning ability and logical thinking skills. 5. Solid fundamental skills in experimental design, hands-on operation, data analysis, report writing, and presentation. 6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English. 7. Passionate about the semiconductor equipment industry, with a strong willingness and ability to learn, and capable of quickly acquiring new knowledge and skills. 8. Meticulous, detail-oriented, responsible, and possessing a strong awareness of laboratory safety. 9. Proactive, with good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. 10.Resilient under pressure and persistent in problem-solving.
