职位描述： 你将作为材料工程师加入先进薄膜事业部材料团队，专注下一代先进薄膜设备的材料、涂层、清洗工艺的开发、优化与验证工作。你将学习半导体设备用金属材料、陶瓷材料、防腐涂层，半导体零部件清洗等多学科知识。在资深工程师的指导下，参与新材料、新涂层的开发、优化、验证，应用等工作，协助机械设计工程师选择合适材料、涂层并满足客户要求。在这里你可以将理论知识与工程实践完美结合，快速成长并实现个人价值。 主要职责： 1. 为先进薄膜设备的设计、优化提供材料、涂层的选型支持。 2. 掌握各种材料分析手段，支持零部件的失效分析，薄膜沉积平台PA review等工作。 3. 参与材料开发项目包括腔室材料、新型涂层材料、清洗方法和工艺相关项目，旨在降低CoC、延长零件寿命、减少金属污染和降低颗粒数量。 4. 与其他部门的材料和清洁团队密切合作，找到解决方案，以提高颗粒物和污染物的减少以及生产率。 5. 负责编写文档，例如标准操作程序（SOP）、BKM、SPEC等。创建和审核涵盖技术改进、系统升级和支持计划的文档。 6. 负责整理材料数据、典型案例等，形成材料数据库、选型知识库等。 You will join the Advanced Thin Film Department's materials team as a materials engineer, focusing on the development and validation of materials, coatings, and cleaning processes for the next generation of advanced thin film equipment. You will learn multidisciplinary knowledge such as metal materials, ceramic materials, anti-corrosion coatings, and semiconductor component cleaning for semiconductor equipment. Under the guidance of senior engineers, participate in the development, optimization, and application of new materials and coatings, and assist mechanical design engineers in selecting suitable materials and coatings. Main responsibilities: 1. Provide material and coating support for the design and CIP of advanced thin film device. 2. Master various material analysis methods, support failure analysis of components, and PA review of various equipment in the ATF department. 3. Participate in material development projects, including chamber bulk materials, novel coating materials, cleaning methods, and process/materials related projects for the purpose of lower CoC, longer parts lifetime, less metal contamination, and lower particle counts. 4. Work closely with other departments' material and cleaning teams to find solution for improving particle and contamination reduction and productivity. 5. Responsible for writing documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), BKM, SPEC, etc. Create and review documents covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans. 6. Responsible for organizing material data, typical cases, etc., forming material databases, selection knowledge bases, etc. 岗位要求 1. 硕士及以上学历，材料科学与工程、金属材料学、高分子、无机非（陶瓷）等相关理工科专业，博士优先。 2. 熟悉材料领域的各种测试方法及手段，如材料力学性能、腐蚀性能测试、SEM、TEM、ICPMS、GCMS、GDMS、LPC测试等。 3. 对半导体用陶瓷材料、半导体设备零件清洗工艺熟悉者优先。 4. 对半导体设备行业充满热情，强烈的学习意愿和能力，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能。 5. 较强的沟通协调能力，较强的抗压能力。 6. 认真细致，有责任心，具备良好的实验安全意识。 1. Master's degree or above, majoring in Materials Science and Engineering, Metal Materials Science, Polymer Science, Inorganic Non (Ceramics) or related science and engineering majors, with a PhD preferred. 2. Familiar with various testing methods and techniques related to materials, such as mechanical properties, corrosion testing, SEM, TEM, ICPMS, GCMS, GDMS, LPC, etc. 3. Familiarity with semiconductor ceramic materials and semiconductor equipment parts cleaning processes is preferred. 4. Passionate about the semiconductor equipment industry. Strong desire and ability to learn, capable of quickly acquiring new knowledge and skills. 5. Strong communication skills, as well as Strong resilience under pressure. 6. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible. Possesses strong safety awareness for experimental work.
