岗位职责： 1.在资深工程师的指导下，负责MOCVD设备在国内一线半导体厂的安装、调试、验收及日常维护。 2.学习并执行标准的故障排查流程，协助处理设备宕机事件，保障客户产线的连续运行；学习掌握设备工作原理，逐步具备独立解决常规问题的能力。 3.负责现场硬件备件的库存管理、申领及使用寿命追踪，优化备件周转效率。 4.准确记录服务过程，编写技术服务报告，协助建立设备维护档案。 5.作为客户联络窗口之一，展现专业的职业素养，维护公司形象。 Job Responsibilities: 1.Under the guidance of senior engineers, perform on-site installation, commissioning, qualification, and routine maintenance of MOCVD equipment at leading semiconductor fabs. 2.Learn and execute standard troubleshooting protocols; assist in resolving equipment downtime incidents to ensure continuous operation of the customer production line; develop a mastery of equipment principles to progressively build the capability to independently resolve routine technical issues. 3.Manage on-site hardware spare parts inventory, requisition, and lifecycle tracking to optimize turnover efficiency. 4.Accurately document service activities, prepare technical service reports, and assist in maintaining equipment history records. 5.Act as a primary point of contact for customers on-site, demonstrating professionalism and upholding AMEC’s corporate image. 岗位要求： 1.2027届本科应届毕业生。机电一体化、机械制造及其自动化、电气工程及其自动化等相关专业。 2.动手能力强，乐于钻研技术问题，具备良好的逻辑思维和独立分析能力。 3.具备阅读英文技术资料的能力。 4.对半导体设备硬件及工艺有浓厚的兴趣，能够快速学习新知识和技能。 5.熟练使用office等办公软件，有较强的数据处理、报告撰写能力。 6.接受业务出差。 Job Requirements： 1.Bachelor's degree candidates graduating in 2027. Majors in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Automation, Electrical Engineering & Automation, or other related science and engineering fields. 2.Proven hands-on ability, eagerness to tackle technical challenges, and sound logical thinking and analytical skills. 3.Ability to read and comprehend English technical documentation. 4.Possess a strong passion for semiconductor equipment hardware and processes, with the ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge and skills. 5.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong capabilities in data processing and report preparation. 6.Willing to travel as required for business purposes.
