职位概述： 作为外延产品技术支持研发工程师，你将加入我们充满活力的外延设备研发团队，专注于下一代先进外延设备的开发、优化与验证工作。你将学习并运用多学科知识，在资深工程师的指导下，参与实验设计、功能调试、数据分析及问题解决，为提升设备性能、满足客户严苛的工艺需求贡献力量。这是一个将理论知识应用于尖端半导体制造实践、快速成长并实现个人价值的绝佳平台。 主要职责： 1.为工程部门提供Alpha客户端支持，具体涉及内部或工程工具上新硬件、工艺或软件设计的安装、操作、校准、维护及 / 或测试工作。 2.提供Beta客户端支持，具体涉及客户设备上新硬件、软件或工艺的安装、操作、校准、维护及 / 或测试工作。 3.负责特定客户的所有技术支持相关事务：问题升级处理、设备集群性能优化、系统安装、改进计划及升级工作。 4.担任客户与部门之间的中介及现场问题升级的核心联系人，为负责设备诊断、故障排除、维修及调试的现场工程师、技术人员和产品支持人员提供技术支持和文档资料。 5.发起并审核工程变更指令（ECO），确保数据支持解决方案，并跟进与现场团队的沟通工作。 6.根据需求生成并展示系统性能数据，包括平均故障间隔时间（MTBF）、平均故障间隔指标（MTBI）和可用性等性能指标。报告还将涵盖工艺数据和内部支出分析。 7.支持标准操作程序（SOP）和知识库文章（BKM）等文档的编制，创建并审核涉及技术改进、系统升级和支持计划的文档，向客户层面进行汇报，并确保现场落地实施。 1. Provides Alpha Site support to Engineering specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and /or testing of a new hardware, process or software design in house or on an engineering tool 2. Provides Beta Site Support; specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, software or processes on a customer tool. 3. Responsible for all technical support related aspects at a specific customer: escalations, fleet performance, system installations, improvement programs and upgrades. 4. Acts as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and Division by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging equipment. 5. Initiates and provides review of ECO's to ensure data supports fix and follow up with communication to the field. 6. Generates and presents system performance data as required. This includes performance metrics such as MTBF, MTBI and Availability. Reporting will also include process data and I/W spending analysis. 7. Supports the generation of documentation such as SOPs and BKMs. Creates and reviews documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans. Presents at customer level. Ensures field implementation. 岗位要求： 1.硕士学历，应届毕业生。机械/自动化/电气/电子信息/微电子等相关理工科专业。 2.良好的实验设计和动手操作能力。 优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，能熟练运用excel等数据分析工具 3.优秀的英文读写能力，能阅读专业文献和技术文档。 4.有搭建和使用设备的经验。 5.对半导体设备行业充满热情，强烈的学习意愿和能力，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能。 6.认真细致，有责任心，具备良好的实验安全意识。 7.积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神, 具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的韧性。 8.能接受>20%出差频度 1. Master in mechanical/automation/EE/micro electronics related fields; 2. Good experimental design and hands-on operation capabilities. Excellent data analysis skills and logical thinking ability, proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel. 3. Excellent English reading and writing skills, able to read professional literature and technical documents. 4. Experience in building and using equipment. 5. Passion for the semiconductor equipment industry, strong learning willingness and ability, and the ability to quickly master new knowledge and skills. 6. Serious and meticulous, responsible, and with good experimental safety awareness. 7. Proactive, with good communication skills and team cooperation spirit. with strong stress resistance and problem-solving tenacity. 8. Able to accept a business trip frequency of >20%.
