岗位职责 1. 进行薄膜沉积工艺开发或对现有工艺进行优化，以满足客户要求。 2. 对测试数据进行编译和评估，以确定工艺规范所需的适当限值和变量。 3. 负责开展专业流程工程方面的研究、开发及评估工作，以支持公司复杂的半导体生产设备及系统。 4. 能够构思并规划涉及新概念和新方法定义及选择的项目，这些项目与新工艺的处理或开发相关。 1. Perform process development or modify existing process to meet customer requirement. 2. Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process specifications. 3. Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development, and evaluation in support of the company’s complex semiconductor capital equipment and systems. 4. May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new processes. 岗位要求 1.硕士或博士学历，应届毕业生。材料科学与工程、物理（等离子体物理、凝聚态物理优先）、化学（物理化学、材料化学优先）、化学工程、微电子科学与工程、电子科学与技术等相关理工科专业。 2.良好的实验设计和动手操作能力。 优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，能熟练运用数据分析工具（如 Excel, Origin, JMP, Python, Matlab 等）。 3.优秀的英文读写能力，能阅读专业文献和技术文档。 4.了解半导体制造工艺流程，特别是薄膜工艺。 5.有使用真空设备、等离子体设备或相关表征设备的经验。 6.对半导体设备行业充满热情，强烈的学习意愿和能力，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能。 7.认真细致，有责任心，具备良好的实验安全意识。 8.积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。 具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的韧性。 1.Master or PhD in Materials science and engineering, physics (plasma physics, condensed matter physics preferred), chemistry (physical chemistry, materials chemistry preferred), chemical engineering, microelectronics science and engineering, electronic science and technology, etc. related science and engineering disciplines. 2. Excellent experimental design and hands-on operation skills. Outstanding data analysis ability and logical thinking skills, proficient in using data analysis tools (such as Excel, Origin, JMP, Python, Matlab, etc.). 3. Excellent English reading and writing skills, able to read professional literature and technical documents. 4. Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing process flow, especially thin film deposition process. 5. Experienced in using vacuum equipment, plasma equipment or related characterization equipment. 6. Enthusiastic about the semiconductor equipment industry, strong learning willingness and ability, able to quickly master new knowledge and new skills. 7. Diligent and responsible, with good safety awareness in experiments. 8. Proactive, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
