Implementation and deployment • Assist with the design and configuration of the software that manages our robot fleets and fulfillment solutions • Deploy client system solutions on Linux servers and manage databases using SQL • Close out implementations against the project closing checklist Integration and testing • Run API and functional testing sessions with clients to integrate Geek+ systems with client systems • Drive and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), using these cycles to take over system knowledge from the implementation team Post-launch support • Provide remote and onsite hypercare after go-live, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and firmware upgrades • Respond to customer inquiries and track each issue through to resolution within agreed timelines and SLAs • Develop training materials and SOPs for system operation, fault recovery, and exception handling Communication and collaboration • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and chat, providing clear written instructions and technical documentation • Facilitate and drive cross-functional collaboration, including coordination with overseas teams as needed Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Professional working proficiency in both Mandarin and English, spoken and written • Hands-on experience with SQL and Linux • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools • Willingness and ability to travel domestically within the Americas up to 75% to support client projects • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications • Internship or professional experience in software, hardware, or network product support • Exposure to or working knowledge of Redis, Nginx, Postman, RESTful APIs, JDK, and cloud platforms • Experience with WMS, WES, MES, or WCS systems
