Discovery and solution design • Run in-depth consultations with clients to understand their warehousing requirements, operational challenges, and business objectives • Serve as the subject matter expert on Geek+ AMR products and solutions • Design, customize, and propose automation solutions that fit client needs, budget constraints, and industry best practices • Build automation roadmaps that account for each customer's growth and transformation plans Client engagement • Prepare and deliver presentations that walk clients through the proposed solution, expected benefits, ROI, and project timeline • Align solution design with general contractors and subcontractors whose work interacts with the robotic system or affects overall warehouse and manufacturing logistics operations Documentation and technical rigor • Produce detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture, layout diagrams, and system specifications • Stay current on emerging warehouse automation trends, technologies, and best practices, and bring that thinking back to client solutions Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D layout • Proficiency in PowerBI or Excel • Strong problem-solving and data analytical skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Able to work both collaboratively and independently • Willingness to travel to client and project sites as needed Preferred Qualifications • Proven experience in warehouse automation, logistics, or supply chain operations • Strong working knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and system • Project management experience • Integration experience with mainstream WMS, WES, or WCS platforms • Mandarin proficiency
