Onsite planning and execution • Plan onsite implementation projects, covering scope of work, budget, schedule, and subcontracted services, and integrate that plan into the master project plan • Manage execution against the plan through close coordination with internal and external stakeholders, particularly supply chain on delivery schedules Leading contractor teams • Lead, manage, and mentor contractor crews, setting clear expectations so work is completed on time and to standard • Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and quality of work, and address issues as they surface Hardware readiness and testing • Conduct hardware inspections, quality control checks, and pre-deployment testing to catch issues before they reach the customer • Prepare the hardware environment for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performance testing, and participate in those test cycles Troubleshooting and support • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, remotely and onsite, to minimize downtime and keep robot fleets performing • Document hardware issues, solutions, and best practices clearly enough that the next engineer can use them Knowledge and enablement • Develop and deliver training for customers, team members, and service partners • Stay current on developments in autonomous robotics hardware, and get up to speed quickly on new Geek+ products Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering • Strong hands-on technical skills — comfort with tools, wiring, mechanical assembly, and physical troubleshooting. Recent graduates with solid hands-on experience from labs, robotics teams, co-ops, or personal builds are encouraged to apply. • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to learn quickly, pick up new technology on the job, and adapt to complex problems as they emerge • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for problem-solving • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools • Ability to travel up to 80%, spending the majority of Monday through Friday at client sites Preferred Qualifications • Hands-on experience with robotic systems • PLC programming experience, preferably with Allen-Bradley and Siemens, and HMI programming • Experience in warehouse automation, manufacturing automation, or electrical and mechanical installation
