What you have to do ： • Supports Solution Engineers in client engagement by assisting with needs analysis with the aid of AI tools, identifying key business objectives, and documenting technical requirements to inform solution design. • Assists in designing integrated warehouse solutions that leverage automation technologies under the guidance of senior engineers to meet customer needs; assists in preparing technical proposals, cost analyses, and client presentation materials. • Learning to use design tools (e.g., AutoCAD) to create layout drawings and process flow diagrams. • Researches and analyses industry trends and emerging technologies. What you need to have： • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field is highly preferred, with graduation expected in 2026 or 2027. • Fast learning ability with strong adaptability to evolving environments and requirements. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Knowledge of MySQL and Linux is preferred. • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is highly advantageous. • Fluent in Japanese and Mandarin; proficiency in English will be a strong advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly. • Willingness to travel internationally as required by project needs.
