主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties: • 主导公司胀管设备和模具的开发、调试，胀管相关技术研究和实施，工厂难点问题的解决；Lead the development and debugging of the company's tube end forming equipment and molds, research and implementation of tube end forming related technologies, solve difficult problems in the factory. 主要任务The main missions of the role are: • 负责新项目胀管方面的投资报价；Responsible for providing investment quotes for tube end forming of new projects ; • 负责新项目胀管制造可行性评审；Responsible for feasibility review for tube end forming of new projects ; • 参与新项目冲压工艺（模具）评审；Participate in the review of stamping processes (molds) for new projects ; • 主导编制胀管设备（模具）技术协议；Lead the preparation of technical agreements for tube end forming equipment (molds) ; • 主导胀管设备（模具）的调试、交付；Lead the debugging and delivery of tube end forming equipment ( molds) ; • 对胀管工艺进行全面的失效模式分析，并给出合理化预防方案；Conduct a comprehensive failure mode analysis of the tube end forming processes and provide some rational prevention plans ; • 支持工厂解决胀管难点问题，并给出合理化改善建议；Support factories to solve the difficult problem of tube end forming and provide rational improvement suggestions ; • 胀管设备（模具）自动化研究、实施；Research and Implementation of Automation for tube end forming equipment (molds) ; • 胀管效率提升研究、实施；Research and Implementation on Improving tube end forming efficiency; • 参与工厂胀管产能核算，当产能不足时及时预警，并给出应对措施；Participate in the factory's capacity accounting for tube end forming, provide timely warnings and countermeasures when capacity is insufficient; • 参与胀管新结构、新工艺研究、验证及实施；Participate in the research, validation, and implementation of new structures and processes for tube end forming; • 完成上级交代的其他任务；Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 资格要求Qualifications : 理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be: 教育背景/Education: 机械/材料成型及控制工程学士学位Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Material Forming and Control Engineering. • 经验/ Experience: 应届毕业生 Young graduates 领导力模型LCM: • Drives Results：Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. 追求成效：在艰难的环境下，持续达成目标。 • Collaborates with Others: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. 与他人合作：建立伙伴关系，与他人合作实现共同目标。
