主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties: • 负责公司新项目的前期焊接工艺开发，确保制造可行性，新设备和工装的开发，最终导入工厂量产。提高焊接产品质量和效率，解决问题。Responsible for the pre development of welding process for new projects of company, ensuring manufacturing feasibility, developing new equipment and fixtures, and ultimately importing them into the factory for mass production. Improve the quality and efficiency of welding products, and solve problems. 主要任务The main missions of the role are: • 参与新项目的前期相关报价团队，提供焊接方面的预估投资和RT时间；Participate in the preliminary quotation team of the new project, provide estimated investment and RT time in welding ; • 对新项目座椅骨架产品，进行焊接制造可行性分析和MTM分析；Feasibility analysis and MTM analysis of welding manufacturing for the seat frame product of the new project; • 通过与产品工程师同时进行工程验证，确保设计到制造可顺利实现; By conducting engineering validation simultaneously with product engineers, ensure smooth implementation from design to manufacturing; • 编制新项目的焊接工装或设备的技术要求，评审详细方案，跟进开发进度; Develop technical requirements for welding fixtures or equipment for new projects, review detailed plans, and follow up on development and production; • 新焊接工装和设备导入工厂，并顺利通过MPT ；New welding fixtures and equipment were imported into the factory and successfully passed MPT; • 根据集团标准和项目目标，编制骨架焊接工艺文件，包括但不限于：工艺流程图、PFMEA、防错清单、关键过程特性清单等；According to the group standards and project objectives, create frame welding process documents, including but not limited to: process flow chart, PFMEA, error prevention checklist, key process characteristic list, etc； • 提高焊接产品质量和效率，解决问题; Improve the quality and efficiency of welding products, and solve problems; • 推动自动化和数字化制造，应用到实际的生产中; Promote automation and digital manufacturing, and apply them to actual production; • 报告各工厂的生产风险分析及其相关行动计划和机会 Report all manufacturing risks analysis and their associated action plans and opportunities of each factory; • 参与工厂焊接产能核算，当产能不足时及时预警，并给出应对措施；Participate in the factory's equipment capacity accounting for welding, provide timely warnings and countermeasures when capacity is insufficient; • 应用佛吉亚工具和标准; Apply Faurecia tools and standards; • 完成上级交代的其他任务。Complete other task assigned by manager . 资格要求Qualifications : 理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be: 教育背景/Education: 机械/工业工程/车辆工程等统招本科及以上学历Bachelor degree or above in mechanical / Industrial Engineering / vehicle engineering; • 经验/ Experience: 应届毕业生 Young graduates 领导力模型LCM: • Drives Results：Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. 追求成效：在艰难的环境下，持续达成目标。 • Collaborates with Others: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. 与他人合作：建立伙伴关系，与他人合作实现共同目标。
