Summary: In this role, will support the material planning team in ensuring the uninterrupted flow of raw materials and components to support production schedules. Will gain hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (SAP) systems, inventory management, analysis on various data, and supplier collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and PBI is required •Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment •Willing to building a long-term development in supply chain •Proactive in cross-functional communication and coordination •Fluent oral English communication capability to internal/global teams. •Available for a long-term internship Responsibilities •Data Analysis & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards in Excel or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs). •Assist in tracking supplier performance metrics, specifically On-Time Delivery (OTD) and quality issues. •Support the maintenance of planning parameters (e.g., safety stock, lead times) in the SAP. •Other relative tasks as assigned.
