Job description We are looking for engineers who can help us develop products for the Chinese market. As a member of the R&D Asia team, you are a vital part in providing products, services and solutions to our customers, partners, employees and many more kinds of stakeholders The team will identify and develop new action plans to meet China's special requirements in terms of cost, quality and legal aspects. Another key responsibility is the localization of existing solutions and the realization of supplier transfers from Europe to China. You will be given the role of a connecting link and play a key role in developing and industrializing solutions for the brand. The R&D Future Talent Program has the following areas: Mechanical engineering Software engineering BEV related Qualifications • High potential graduates with maximum 2 years of working experience prior • M.Sc. in BEV/Software Engineering/Mechanical Engineering • Proficiency in oral and written expression in English Soft skills • Strong interest in technology, focus on the latest trends, interested in understanding and applying to our product development • Collaborative, effective communication skills and knowledge of relevant technical areas • Ability to plan work in a logical and thorough manner, organize technical requirement documents in a clear manner, and develop appropriate products according to the needs. • Ability to take initiative, solve problems quickly and efficiently, and deliver results
