Job Description / 职位职责 1.Assist in the end-to-end overseas recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, and initial interview scheduling. / 协助海外招聘全流程工作，包括职位发布、简历筛选及初轮面试安排。 2.Support maintenance and exploration of overseas recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn, university career portals, professional forums). / 支持海外招聘渠道（如领英、海外高校职业网、专业论坛）的维护与拓展。 3.Coordinate interviews for overseas candidates, track feedback, and organize recruitment data. / 协调海外候选人面试，跟踪反馈并整理招聘数据。 4.Conduct basic overseas talent market research, competitive analysis, and talent mapping support. / 参与海外人才市场调研、竞争分析及人才搜寻的基础支持工作。 5.Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including document management and system updates. / 处理招聘相关的行政支持工作，包括文档管理、招聘系统信息录入等。 Qualifications / 任职要求 1.Must hold a valid non-Chinese passport. Current student graduating in 2027. All majors are welcome; HR, Business, Management, or related fields are a plus. / 须持有有效的非中国护照。2027届在校生，专业不限，人力资源、商科、管理学等相关专业优先。 2.Fluent in English (written & spoken). Basic proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required for internal communication. / 英语流利（书面及口语）。需具备基础中文沟通能力以适配内部工作环境。 3.Available to work 5 days per week for 6+ months consecutively. / 每周可全职工作5天，持续6个月以上。 4.Excellent communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across time zones. / 出色的沟通协调能力，细心负责，能适应跨时区协作。 5.Passionate about recruitment or international talent markets, fast learner, and a team player. / 对招聘或国际人才市场有热情，学习能力强，具备团队合作精神。
