Responsibilities: - Organise and schedule investor conferences, meetings and non-deal roadshows, etc - Assist in the preparation of financial reports, press releases and corporate presentation materials, from cross-departmental liaison to content editing and publishing - Gather financial, operational and ESG-related information from internal parties and assist in answering enquiries from investors and financial media - Coordinate corporate events such as AGMs, results presentations and company visits, etc - Maintain investor and research report databases - Manage daily administrative support of investor relations and perform ad hoc assignments Requirements: - Degree holder, preferably in Communications, Finance, Business Studies or related disciplines - 1-3 years of working experiences, prior experience in investor relations or corporate communications (listed company or PR agency) is highly preferable but not a must - Outgoing and good team player with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills - Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and responsive, able to work under pressure - Strong focus on accuracy and attention todetails in all aspects of work - Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin - High literacy in computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint - Based in Hong Kong with occasional travel
