【岗位职责】 Responsibilities: 1、Marketing (primary anchor) - Coordinate and support end-to-end campaign execution across incubation markets — adapting regional marketing frameworks to each market's audience behavior, language, and platform mix. - Build and maintain a comprehensive map of KOLs, streamers, and community channels across markets; support relationship management through local partners and agencies. - Track cross-market campaign performance against viewership, engagement, and PCU targets, and translate data into next-cycle recommendations. - Serve as the marketing coordination point between regional frameworks and on-the-ground local execution partners. 2、Business Development (secondary scope) - Support sponsorship and partnership pipeline development across markets - prospecting, deck preparation, and partner research across regional and local brands, telcos, and media. - Assist in structuring and tracking deal terms across the standard revenue lines: sponsorship, media/broadcast, merchandise, and in-game activation. - Coordinate partner deliverables and act as execution support for signed deals across territories. 3、Market Operations Exposure - Rotate through tournament operations, broadcast coordination, and community management to build end-to-end ecosystem literacy. - Support stakeholder coordination across each local scene: teams, talent, production vendors, and government/regulatory touchpoints where relevant. 【任职要求】 Requirements: - Fresh graduates with demonstrated esports/gaming immersion strongly encouraged - Strong understanding of MLBB and the competitive esports landscape — you understand the product, the scene, and fandom, not just marketing theory. - Strong communication and relationship instincts; comfortable being the youngest person in a room of team owners, talent, and partners. - Strong analytical foundation — comfortable turning campaign and viewership data into actionable insights. - Language: professional fluency in English required. Fluency in an additional SEA language (Thai, Khmer, Burmese, Vietnamese, Laos, Bahasa) is a strong advantage, particularly for the Mekong cluster. - High-ownership, ambiguity-tolerant, and highly mobile - this is a builder's role across markets still being built, with regional travel expected.
