【岗位职责】 Workscope: Influencer Marketing, Social Media Operations, Local Campaigns, Offline Events 1、 Identify, recruit, and manage influencer relationships across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand values and target audience profiles. 2、Assist in the execution of influencer collaborations, including communication with creators, coordination of content delivery, and tracking of campaign performance. 3、Stay up to date on local market trends, social media developments, and cultural insights to help keep campaigns relevant and engaging. 4、Support regional business needs through social media operations, offline event coordination, and integrated marketing initiatives, helping drive brand awareness and campaign effectiveness in the local market. 【任职要求】 1、Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2、Excellent English speaking and reading/writing ability is necessary. For markets requiring a specific local language, native-level proficiency in that language is required. 3、A passion for marketing and a strong interest in KOLs and influencer marketing. 4、Understanding of various social media platforms popular in local market, such as YouTube, Instagram, and regional platforms. 5、Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6、AI skills and knowledge are a strong plus.
