【岗位职责】 1. Visual Design & Creative Support: Participate in visual design for marketing and operations activities, including posters, banners, H5 pages, social media graphics, brand visuals, offline materials, in-app assets, and independent store pages; support creative execution for key campaigns, events, product launches, and other projects; 2. Content & Trend Exploration: Stay updated on visual trends across mainstream social platforms, participate in creative discussions, competitive research, and inspiration curation; explore AIGC and AI 3D content creation (e.g., model generation, image generation, motion graphics, etc.); 3. Project Collaboration & Review: Collaborate with design and marketing teams to drive project execution, ensure output quality and timelines; participate in post-project reviews to summarize performance and optimize design strategies. 1、视觉设计与创意支持：参与运营及营销活动的视觉设计，包括海报、Banner、H5、社媒配图、品牌视觉、线下物料、App内素材及独立站页面，并支持重点campaign、展会、产品发布等项目的创意落地； 2、内容与趋势探索：关注主流社媒平台视觉趋势，参与创意讨论、竞品调研与灵感整理，并探索AIGC、AI 3D内容制作（如模型生成、图像生成、动效等）； 3、项目协作与复盘：配合设计与市场团队推进项目落地，保障输出质量与节奏，并参与复盘总结，优化设计策略。 【任职要求】 1.Currently pursuing a degree in design-related fields (Visual Communication, Digital Media, Animation, Advertising, etc.), with strong aesthetic sense and visual communication skills. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other essential design tools. Familiarity with or interest in AIGC, AI 3D, or emerging creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Blender) is required; experience in end-to-end creative workflows is a plus; 2. Strong sensitivity to social media content and a basic understanding of content distribution logic. Candidates with active social media accounts (Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram, etc.) are preferred; 3. Excellent communication skills and execution ability, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in 3D tools (Blender, C4D), motion design, video editing, photography, or English is a plus. Prior internship experience in internet companies or creative agencies is also a plus.
