【岗位职责】 1.User Communication & Support Independently follow up and resolve users' daily inquiries regarding product usage, feature understanding, and feedback submission through communities, ticketing systems, emails, and other channels, to continuously enhance the user experience. Compile and summarize high-frequency issues and core user pain points into structured feedback, maintain efficient communication with the product and technical teams, and drive the implementation of actual improvements. 2.User Research & Interviews Participate in and execute interviews and surveys targeting overseas users (mainly from Europe and America), including interview preparation, communication follow-ups, and content documentation. Systematically organize user feedback, usage behaviors, and genuine needs, assist in accumulating user insights, and support the analysis of user personas and usage paths, providing a reference basis for product iteration and feature optimization. 1、用户沟通与支持 通过社区、工单、邮件等渠道，独立跟进并解决用户在产品使用、功能理解、问题反馈等方面的日常咨询，持续提升用户体验； 对高频问题与核心用户痛点进行整理归纳，形成结构化反馈，并与产品、技术团队保持高效沟通，推动实际改进落地。 2、用户研究与访谈 参与并执行海外用户（以欧美用户为主）访谈与调研，包括访谈准备、沟通跟进及内容记录； 系统性整理用户反馈、使用行为与真实需求，协助沉淀用户洞察； 支持用户画像、使用路径等分析工作，为产品迭代与功能优化提供参考依据。 【任职要求】 1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in English or related fields is preferred; 2.Excellent English communication skills, capable of independent written English communication, with basic oral English communication competence; 3.Possess patience and a strong sense of responsibility, pay attention to details, and maintain clear organization when dealing with a high volume of information; 4.Strong learning ability, able to quickly understand product logic and user scenarios; 5.Candidates with experience in customer support, user research, or overseas user communication are preferred; 6.Interest in 3D creation and AI tools; familiarity with tools or processes such as Discord and user interviews is a plus; 7.On-site internship, 4–5 days per week, with an internship period of no less than 3 months. 1、本科及以上学历，英语等相关专业优先； 2、英语沟通能力优秀，可独立进行英文书面沟通，具备基础口语沟通能力； 3、具备耐心与责任心，注重细节，能在较高信息量下保持条理清晰； 4、学习能力强，能够快速理解产品逻辑与用户使用场景； 5、有客服支持、用户研究或海外用户沟通经验者优先； 6、对3D创作、AI工具有兴趣，熟悉 Discord、用户访谈等工具或流程加分； 7、线下实习，每周 4–5 天，实习期不少于 3 个月。
