【岗位职责】 1. Manage and maintain overseas social media content, including publishing official 3D model works and collections, optimizing tags, and improving exposure. Independently handle content scheduling and overseas copywriting; 2. Assist in executing social media activities, such as quarterly/monthly UGC campaigns, creative challenges, and model contests, coordinating resources to ensure successful implementation; 3. Monitor content and campaign performance data, provide optimization suggestions, and stay updated on industry and online trends for timely engagement; 4. Oversee UGC content quality and Facebook group moderation, reviewing works for compliance and maintaining a healthy community environment; 5. Respond promptly to user comments on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, fostering interaction and managing group content order. 1、负责海外社媒内容编辑与维护，包括官方3D模型作品与合集的发布、标签优化及曝光提升，独立完成内容排期与海外文案撰写； 2、协助执行社媒活动，如季度/月度UGC活动、创作挑战与模型征集，协调资源确保落地； 3、跟踪内容与活动数据，提出优化建议，捕捉行业与网络热点并持续跟进； 4、维护UGC内容质量与FB小组秩序，审核作品合规性，保障社区内容健康； 5、及时回复INS/FB等平台用户评论，维护互动氛围与小组内容秩序。 【任职要求】 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in overseas social media operations or content operations; 2. Familiarity with mainstream 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max), proficiency in AI tools, and experience with 3D AI or model construction is preferred; 3. Strong skills in content organization, work selection, collection editing, and basic copywriting, with clear logic and good aesthetic judgment; 4. Basic understanding and willingness to explore UGC communities, content editing, AIGC, gaming, and 3D printing platforms; 5. English proficiency with CET-6 or IELTS 6.5+, including solid reading, writing, and speaking skills, along with some knowledge of Western culture; 6. Please include relevant work samples or accounts (e.g., 3D works, content examples, or operational projects) with your application. 1、本科及以上学历，具备海外社媒运营或内容运营经验； 2、了解主流3D建模软件（如Blender、3ds Max），熟练使用AI工具，有3D AI或模型构建经验者优先； 3、具备内容整理、作品筛选、合集编辑及文案基础能力，逻辑清晰，审美良好； 4、对UGC社区、内容编辑、AIGC、游戏及3D打印等领域有认知并愿意深耕； 5、英语六级或雅思6.5分以上，具备良好英文读写与口语能力，了解欧美文化； 6、应聘请附相关作品或账号（如3D作品、内容样例、运营项目等）。
