【岗位职责】 Job Responsibilities:​ 1、Overseas 3D & AI Creative Material Collection Leverage personal overseas social media experience to continuously track the latest 3D visual styles and AIGC creative trends on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Organize high-quality overseas creative references, provide raw creative materials for the team's advertising content, and produce diverse AI 3D cases and content. 2、3D Content Creation and Basic Animation Production Use 3D design software such as Blender to complete tasks like model repair, basic 3D animation production, and simple scene rendering. Collaborate with AI tools to optimize the visual effects of 3D materials, and output basic 3D visual assets and short video materials that comply with brand guidelines. 3、AIGC Tool Integration and Process Support Utilize mainstream AI image/video large models to assist in 3D material production. Help the team optimize the 3D + AIGC material production workflow, categorize and archive high-quality 3D materials and AI creative assets, assist in maintaining the team's material library, and ensure all materials comply with copyright and brand standards. 岗位职责： 1. 海外3D&AI创意素材搜集 依托自身海外社媒经验，持续跟进TikTok、Instagram等平台最新3D视觉风格、AIGC创意玩法，整理优质海外创意参考，为团队广告内容提供原始的创意物料，产出多样化的AI 3D案例和内容。 2. 3D内容制作与基础动画产出 使用Blender等3D设计软件，完成模型修复、基础三维动画制作、场景简单渲染等工作；配合AI工具优化3D素材视觉效果，输出符合品牌规范的基础3D视觉素材、短视频物料。 3. AIGC工具辅助落地与流程协助 运用主流AI图文/视频大模型辅助3D素材生产，协助团队优化3D+AIGC素材生产工作流，归类沉淀优质3D素材与AI创意物料，协助维护团队素材库，保证素材符合版权及品牌规范。 【任职要求】 Job Requirements:​ 1、Educational Background Requirements Current undergraduate or graduate students. Preference will be given to those majoring in 3D Animation, Digital Media, Art Design, Visual Effects, or related fields. 2、Core Hard Skills Proficient in at least one 3D software (Blender is preferred), capable of independently completing model repair and basic 3D animation production. Must have a grasp of basic material and rendering operations. Possess basic video editing skills and be able to create video demos. 3、AIGC Capabilities Strong interest in AIGC image and video tools. Familiar with 3 or more mainstream AIGC image/video large models (e.g., Midjourney, Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana, Veo3). Able to use AI tools to assist in 3D animation generation, capable of writing basic English prompts, and willing to learn the creative process that combines AI and 3D. 4、Online Savvy and Industry Awareness A heavy user of overseas social media platforms, frequently browsing international platforms in daily life. Proactively follows the latest trends in domestic and international 3D visual styles and AIGC creative techniques. Keeps up with cutting-edge visual trends and possesses a good aesthetic sense for 3D visuals. 5、Soft Skills and Language Requirements Possess good communication skills and execution ability, capable of collaborating with the team to quickly respond to material demands. Have basic English reading and writing skills to consult overseas creative reference materials. Bonus Points:​ 1、A deep enthusiast of 3D printing, knows how to use Bambu Lab 3D printers, and has personal original 3D printed works. 2、Understands 3D printing model structural specifications and basic model repair techniques for print adaptation. 3、Has relevant internship/project experience in advertising design, short video editing, or AI creative creation. ·Please be sure to submit a personal portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, 3D animation, or AIGC visual work!​ 任职要求： 1. 学历专业要求 本科及以上在校生，三维动画、数字媒体、美术设计、影视特效等相关专业优先。 2. 核心硬性技能 精通至少一款3D软件（优先Blender），能够独立完成模型修模、基础三维动画制作，掌握基础材质、渲染操作；掌握基础视频剪辑能力，能自己制作视频demo； 3. AIGC能力 对AIGC图像、视频工具有浓厚兴趣，了解3种及以上主流AIGC图文、视频大模型（Midjourney、Kling、Seedance、Nano Banana、Veo3等），可通过AI工具辅助三维动画的生成，会撰写基础英文Prompt，愿意学习AI+3D结合的创作流程。 4. 网感与行业认知 海外社媒重度用户，日常高频浏览海外平台，主动关注海内外3D视觉趋势、AIGC创意玩法等最新动态，紧跟前沿视觉潮流，具备良好的三维视觉审美。 5. 软实力与语言要求 具备良好沟通能力与执行力，能配合团队快速响应素材需求；具备基础英文读写能力，可查阅海外创意参考资料。 加分项： - 3D打印深度爱好者，会使用拓竹3D打印机，拥有个人原创3D打印作品； - 了解3D打印模型结构规范，懂模型适配打印的基础修模技巧； - 有广告设计、短视频剪辑、AI创意创作相关实习/项目经历； - 请务必提交 3D建模、三维动画或AIGC视觉相关的个人作品集！
