【岗位职责】 1. Source, recruit, communicate with and maintain long-term relationships with overseas KOLs, KOCs and high-quality creators. 2. Support the full lifecycle of influencer collaboration, covering requirement alignment, content follow-up, release confirmation and performance review. 3. Assist in planning and executing overseas creator campaigns to drive high-quality content output. 4. Organize creator and industry data, and explore AI tools to boost operational efficiency. 5. Complete other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned. 1.负责海外 KOL、KOC、优质创作者的挖掘、邀约、沟通与关系维护。 2.协助推进达人合作全流程，包括需求沟通、内容跟进、发布确认与效果复盘。 3.参与海外创作者活动的策划与执行，推动优质内容产出。 4.整理创作者及行业信息，探索 AI 工具在运营工作中的提效应用。 5.完成其他相关运营工作。 【任职要求】 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, any major accepted; majors such as English, Marketing, Communication and International Business are preferred. 2. Proficient oral English and communication skills for daily work and communication with overseas creators. 3. Strong execution and sense of responsibility, capable of proactively driving tasks and following up on outcomes. 4. Keen interest in games, 3D technology, AI, overseas social media or creator ecosystem. 5. Hands-on experience with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and willingness to learn AI workflow. 6. Quick learner, able to handle multitasks and fast-paced working environment. 1.本科及以上学历，专业不限，英语、市场、传播、国际商务等相关专业优先。 2.英语口语及沟通能力较强，可进行日常工作交流和海外达人对接。 3.执行力强、责任心强，能够主动推进任务并跟进结果。 4.对游戏、3D、AI、海外社交媒体或创作者生态感兴趣。 5.使用过 ChatGPT、Claude、Midjourney 等 AI 工具，并愿意学习 AI 工作流。 6.学习能力强，能够适应多任务和快节奏工作。
