【岗位职责】 1.Research global educational resources, sort out potential cooperation opportunities, and assist in screening target resources and prioritizing leads. 2.Establish connections with relevant contacts at overseas universities through multiple channels, prepare supporting documents, follow up on cooperation procedures, and maintain long-term partnership relations. 3.Participate in planning and execution of educational cooperation events to ensure smooth project delivery as scheduled. 4.Track progress of cooperative projects, organize meeting minutes, manage key milestones, and support orderly advancement of multiple partnership initiatives. 5.Conduct research on global education markets, analyze cooperation demands and industry trends, and provide data & strategic support for internal decision-making and cooperation proposals. 1. 研究全球教育相关资源，整理潜在合作机会，并协助完成目标资源筛选与优先级判断。 2. 通过不同渠道与海外院校相关负责人建立联系，筹备材料、跟进合作流程，长期维护渠道关系。 3. 参与教育项目相关合作活动的策划与执行，保障项目按计划落地。 4. 维护合作项目的进展信息，整理会议纪要、把控时间节点，协助合作项目有序推进。 5. 开展全球教育市场研究，分析合作需求与行业动态，为团队决策和合作方案提供支持。 【任职要求】 1.Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above; able to intern for at least 3 months with a full 5-day weekly commitment. 2.Able to use English as a working language: capable of reading full English materials independently, drafting English emails and conducting verbal communication in English. 3.Strong skills in information research, data sorting and data analysis; able to extract key insights and draw conclusions from complex information. 4.Possess awareness of multi-project cycle management, good at tracking key timelines and driving project progress. 5.Outgoing, responsible, and comfortable with cold outreach to new potential partners. 6.Interested in AI, 3D technology, games, design and edu tech; quick to grasp new products and industry scenarios. 1. 本科及以上在读，实习三个月以上，每周 5 天。 2. 英语能够作为工作语言，可以独立阅读全英文语料、撰写英文邮件与使用英语沟通。 3. 具备较强的信息检索、资料整理和数据分析能力，能够从复杂信息中提炼重点并形成判断。 4. 具备多线程项目的周期管理意识，清楚管理时间节点，推进项目进展。 5. 热情开朗，有责任心，愿意冷触达陌生合作对象。 6. 对 AI 3D、游戏、设计和教育科技感兴趣，能够快速理解新的产品和行业场景。 Preferred Qualifications Overseas study/work experience or track record of managing cross-cultural projects. Hands-on experience with data analysis, AI Agents, CRM and other project management tools. 加分项 1. 有海外学习工作或跨文化项目操盘经历。 2. 有数据分析、AI Agent、CRM 等项目管理工具使用经验。
