【岗位职责】 1. Support user lifecycle operations for a leading global AI 3D product, including user activation, feature education, conversion, retention, and re-engagement. 2. Assist with overseas EDM campaigns, including content planning, English copywriting, user segmentation, campaign execution, follow-up, and performance analysis. 3. Conduct user interviews, surveys, and feedback analysis to help identify user needs, use cases, and insights. 4. Organize product features, tutorials, case studies, and community content into user-facing materials for global audiences. 5. Analyze user behavior and operation data to support user segmentation, lifecycle strategy optimization, and content iteration. 6. Collaborate with product, marketing, and community teams to support global user growth initiatives. 1. 参与海外头部AI 3D产品的用户生命周期运营，包括新用户激活、功能教育、转化促进、用户留存与召回等。 2. 协助策划并执行海外用户 EDM 运营，包含内容选题、英文文案撰写、用户分层触达、发送跟进与效果复盘。 3. 参与用户访谈、问卷调研及用户反馈整理，协助沉淀用户需求、使用场景与内容洞察。 4. 整理产品功能、教程、案例、社区内容等素材，转化为面向海外用户的运营内容。 5. 协助分析用户行为与运营数据，支持用户分层、生命周期策略优化和内容迭代。 6. 配合产品、市场及社区团队，推进海外用户增长相关项目。 【任职要求】 1. Excellent English communication and writing skills, with the ability to independently read English materials, create content, and communicate with users. 2. Strong interest in user operations, product operations, or global growth, with good user empathy and content judgment. 3. Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to execute tasks efficiently. 4. Basic data awareness and the ability to identify insights from user data and feedback. 5. Familiarity with common AI tools and willingness to explore AI-driven workflows. 6.
