【岗位职责】 1. Assist with user research, including user interviews, survey design, usability testing, and feedback analysis. 2. Analyze user behavior data, user feedback, and competitor insights to identify user needs and product opportunities. 3. Support requirement analysis, feature design, prototype reviews, and product documentation. 4. Follow up on product development, testing, and launch processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 5. Review the performance of launched features and provide suggestions for user experience improvements and iterations. 6. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.Backgrounds in Psychology, Sociology, Design, or related fields are preferred. 2. Strong interest in internet products and user experience, with curiosity about understanding user needs and behaviors. 3. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to structure problems. 4. Data-sensitive and proficient in Excel; experience with SQL, Python, or data analysis tools is a plus. 5. Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, or Mockplus is preferred. 6. Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment. 7. Available for at least 4 internship days per week, with a minimum commitment of 3 months. 1. 本科或研究生在读，心理学、社会学、设计等相关背景优先； 2. 对互联网产品和用户体验有浓厚兴趣，愿意主动观察和理解用户； 3. 具备良好的逻辑分析、沟通表达与结构化思考能力； 4. 有一定数据敏感度，能使用 Excel；会 SQL、Python 或数据分析工具者优先； 5. 熟悉 Figma、Axure、墨刀等原型工具者优先； 6. 认真负责、执行力强，能够适应快速迭代的工作节奏； 7. 每周可实习 4天及以上，实习 3 个月及以上。
