【岗位职责】 1. Help build an Agent use case library and evaluation framework；explore Agent applications across creative workflows. 2. Test and evaluate Agent capabilities, including Prompts, Skills, and Workflows; analyze failure cases and propose improvements. 3. Collect and analyze user feedback, identify user needs, and drive product experience improvements. 4. Track trends in AI Agents, AIGC, and 3D creation to support product strategy research. 1. 协助建设Agent 使用场景库和评测体系，探索Agent 在不同创作场景中的应用。 2. 参与 Agent 能力测试，包括 Prompt、Skill、Workflow 效果验证，分析失败案例并提出优化建议。 3. 收集和分析用户反馈，挖掘用户需求，推动产品体验优化。 4. 跟踪 AI Agent、AIGC 及 3D 创作领域趋势，支持产品策略研究。 【任职要求】 1. Strong interest in AI Agents and AIGC products, with hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. 2. Strong product sense and analytical problem-solving skills. 3. Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand complex technical and business concepts. 4. Experience in AI products, 3D, gaming, or digital art/creative tools is a plus. 5. Strong English reading and writing skills, with the ability to follow global product and industry trends. 1. 对 AI Agent、AIGC 产品有强烈兴趣，有 ChatGPT、Claude 等 AI 工具使用经验。 2. 具备较强的产品思维和问题分析能力。 3. 学习能力强，能够快速理解复杂技术和业务场景。 4. 有 AI 产品、3D、游戏、美术工具相关经验优先。 5. 英文读写良好，能持续跟踪海外产品动态。
