【岗位职责】 1. Assist in the daily maintenance and user interaction of Japanese gaming, CG, Blender, 3D printing, and other communities. 2. Translate, localize, and schedule content to ensure it aligns with the Japanese community context. 3. Collect user works, comments, competitor activities, and community feedback, and compile them into a report. 4. Assist in planning community activities, UGC collection, and user interviews. 5. Organize UTM data, activity registration, and collaboration effectiveness data. 6. Assist in handling community complaints, negative discussions, and content compliance issues. 1.协助日本游戏、CG、Blender、3D 打印等社区的日常维护和用户互动。 2.内容翻译、本地化和发布排期，确保内容符合日本社区语境。 3.收集用户作品、评论、竞品活动和社区反馈，整理成报告。 4.协助策划社区活动、UGC 征集和用户访谈。 5.整理 UTM 数据、活动报名和合作效果数据。 6.协助处理社区投诉、负面讨论和内容合规问题。 【任职要求】 1. Bachelor's degree or above, native Japanese language proficiency, able to write natural Japanese community content. 2. Familiar with Japanese gaming, CG, Blender, 3D printing and other community cultures and platform rules. 3. Interested in at least one field including AI, 3D, gaming, Roblox, Blender, or 3D printing. 4. Possess basic Excel/Sheets and content editing skills. 1.本科及以上学历，日语母语水平，能撰写自然的日本社区内容。 2.熟悉日本游戏、CG、Blender、3D 打印等社区文化和平台规则。 3.对 AI、3D、游戏、Roblox、Blender 或 3D 打印至少一个领域有兴趣。 4.具备基本 Excel / Sheets 及内容编辑能力。
