【岗位职责】 1. Identify and reach out to creators in the AI/3D space across overseas content platforms (Medium, Substack, note.com, Naver Blog, etc.), and build a maintainable creator database; 2. Initiate cold outreach via authentic, non-template English emails or DMs; follow up on negotiations and drive collaborations to closure; 3. Provide creators with topic ideas, product materials, and trial access; review content accuracy to ensure correct product messaging and tracking links; 4. Track performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) of published content; deliver weekly reports and feed insights back into future outreach strategies; 5. Standardize the above workflow into reusable templates, including outreach scripts, collaboration briefs, and SOPs. 1、挖掘海外内容平台（Medium、Substack、note.com、Naver Blog 等）上的 AI/3D 领域创作者，建立并维护创作者数据库； 2、用英文邮件或私信完成冷启动沟通，跟进谈判，推动合作落地； 3、为创作者提供选题、资料与试用支持，审核内容准确性，确保产品表述与追踪链接正确； 4、追踪合作内容的数据效果（曝光、点击、转化），每周输出复盘，优化后续邀约策略； 5、将上述流程模板化，形成外联话术库、合作 SOP 等可复用的体系。 【任职要求】 1. Fluent in written English, with the ability to craft authentic and compelling business emails; familiar with overseas content ecosystem and communication etiquette; 2. Strong research skills, able to leverage search engines and AI tools for systematic creator discovery; 3. Genuine interest in AI tools, game development, 3D modeling/printing, etc., with fast learning ability; 4. Basic data literacy, with the ability to extract actionable insights from metrics. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment. Pluses: Experience in overseas KOL/KOC outreach; familiarity with Blender/Unity/Unreal or other 3D tools; experience managing overseas social media accounts. 1、英文读写流利，能撰写地道、有感染力的商务邮件，了解海外内容生态与沟通习惯； 2、擅长信息检索，能利用搜索引擎和 AI 工具系统性挖掘创作者资源； 3、对 AI 工具、游戏开发、3D 建模/打印等领域有浓厚兴趣，学习能力强； 4、具备基础数据意识，能从数据中归纳规律并指导行动； 5、自驱力强，细心负责，能适应远程协作； 加分项：有海外 KOL/KOC 拓展经验；熟悉 Blender/Unity/Unreal 等 3D 工具；有海外社媒运营经验。
